Road to Zion Damian Marley ft. NaS

 Yeah Man…

Jah will be waiting there, We a shout!
Jah will be waiting there

In this world of calamity
Dirty looks and grudges and jealousy
And police weh abuse dem authority
Media clowns weh nuh know ‘bout variety
Boom!

The youngest veteran a go murder dem slow
Ragga muffin sent to call me from the bush bungalow
Unnu watch mek I clear out my voice now Figaro!
Emerge from the darkness with mi big blunt a glow
Mi hammer dem a slam and spectator get low
Some bwoy coulda big like Bam Bam Biggalow
Bust of trigger finger, trigger hand and trigger toe
A two gun mi have mi bust dem inna stereo
Cause

I got to keep on walking on the road to Zion, man
We gots to keeps it burning on the road to Zion, man

Clean and pure meditation without a doubt
Don’t mek dem take you like who dem took out
Jah will be waiting there we a shout
Jah will be waiting there!
In this world of calamity
Dirty looks and grudges and jealousy
And police weh abuse dem authority
Media clowns weh nuh know bout variety
Single parents weh need some charity
Youths weh need some love and prosperity
Instead of broken dreams and tragedy
By any plan and any means and strategy

Sometimes I can’t help but feel helpless
I’m havin daymares in daytime
Wide awake try to relate
This can’t be happenin like I’m in a dream while I’m walkin
Cause what I’m seein is haunting
Human beings like ghost and zombies
President Mugabe holding guns to innocent bodies
In Zimbabwe
They make John Pope seem Godly
Sacrilegious and blasphemous

In my lifetime I look back at paths i’ve walked
Where savages fought and pastors taught
Prostitutes stomp in high heel boots
And badges screaming,”Young black children stop or I will shoot!”
I look back at cooked crack
Plus cars that pass by
Jaguars mad fly
And I’m guilty for materialism
Blacks is still up in the prison Trust that
So save me your sorries, I’m raising an army
Revolutionary warfare with Damian Marley
We sparkin’ the ions, marching to Zion
You know how Nas be NYC state of mind I’m in

I got to keep on walking on the road to Zion, man
We gots to keeps it burning on the road to Zion, man

Clean and pure meditation without a doubt
Don’t mek dem take you like who dem took out
Jah will be waiting there we a shout
Jah will be waiting there!

Keldamuzik Presents: The Cultural Exchange Tour

http://theculturalexchangetour.webs.com/

Hip Hop artist Keldamuzik aka Diva from California, is known to not only be a successful independent recording artist, with chart topping international and national hits such as “Thirsty”, “I Don’t Care” and “Wind Blow”; but also an entrepreneur who has created a platform for herself with her company Golddigga Entertainment, managed by marketing manager Wendy Bell. Making her mark in the music industry, Diva presents “The Cultural Exchange Tour”. TCET is a non-profit tour that promotes mutual understanding of cultural backgrounds through music, youth development and knowledge of international social living. The first part of the tour took place in Antigua, where Diva participated in the Launching of “Saga 51 TV”, presented by Super Power Electronics & Beauty Salon. Diva was the first artist to empower the ladies and get them out of their seats at the launching by engaging them with her single “Get up N Get It”.  Follow up engagements in the tour included an appearance on “Good Morning Antigua” as well as a feature in the Antigua Observer.

Keldamuzik was inspired to start TCET when receiving invitations to perform and experience islands such as Barbados and St. Maarten, where she gained knowledge of the Caribbean lifestyle. During both tours, she collaborated with Reggae singer Kirk Brown, and artist Ku-J, while also conducting a series of workshops at schools and non-profit organizations to inspire the youth. She also interviewed local business owners, brands and the towns people for her reality TV series, Diva TV which broadcast in 5 million homes in California, U.S. After such visits around the islands, radio stations and other media outlets, Keldamuzik’s movement concluded with live concert performances featuring Keldamuzik and other local artists in the areas. Many sponsors came aboard to support and accommodate the concerts as well as advancing other businesses and raising funds for local charities and youth foundations. Both tours lasted 5-7 days separately, and were broadcasted on Diva TV back in California.

In the mist of it all, Diva combined all of her areas of creation and talents into one. Speaking to the youth and inspiring them to become confident individuals is what she calls “The Diva Project.” She loves to empower the youth and relate her previous living situation with theirs and being able to have a mutual understanding by Q&A’s from those who need someone influential to talk with.  Conducting interviews of the natives and taping her journey through various activities in the country is what her reality show “Diva TV” contributes. In California she broadcasts her life as a female rapper in the Hip Hop industry and other Keldamuzik related events. As she receives many viewers around California and the internet, Keldamuzik has already beaten the odds as an independent artist who showcases the art form of networking through television. By hosting a live concert, Keldamuzik performs various songs of her own, and with the native artists she collaborates with. She grabs the attention of the community and they realize how much more enriched their lives are through TCET. The people already uplift each other, but uplifting the community and granting them exposure is the primary function of “The Cultural Exchange Tour”. We have more upcoming events featuring Diva in Grenada, Jamaica, Liberia, London, Puerto Rico, Germany, Trinidad and more!
